When will my dog be ready?
Our services on average can take upwards of 2-4 hours. However, to give your dog the best experience we can it is best to not have to rush the dogs.
Will my dog be kenneled?
All dogs are kenneled upon check in and check out for the safety of other dogs, staff and clients. They may also be kenneled during their stay due to behavior issues. Otherwise, we love to give the dogs an opportunity to be out to play & interact.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes!! As of right now we are accepting new clients.
What will the experience be like?
Your dog will go through every step with a trained staff member. Taking multiple breaks in between steps with filtered water provided and plenty of potty breaks and play time.
How do you treat special case dogs?
If you're dog has any special needs, medical issues, elderly or dietary restrictions, please notify the staff of all of this. We are more than happy to assist or accommodate to the best of our ability.
Do you accomidate dogs with skin conditions?
To the best of our abilities, we do what we can to make sure your dog is as comfortable as possible. This includes using special products to assist with skin issues. We would also ensure to use the proper tool so as not to make any further irritation to dogs skin.
